Transaction Initiation

The seller contacts Bachs Transport ApS to open a transaction file. We collect all relevant details about the vehicle — make, model, condition, asking price, and destination country — and formally register the deal in our secure system.

Agreement & Documentation

Both parties review and agree to the transaction terms. The seller places the vehicle under Bachs Transport ApS custody. We prepare and deliver to the buyer a full documentation package including the shipping timeline, payment instructions, a legally binding sales contract, and the official transaction invoice.

Secure Payment to Escrow

The buyer transfers funds directly to Bachs Transport ApS's registered escrow bank account — never to the seller. Payment is due within 48 hours via bank-to-bank wire transfer. Based on the vehicle value, a partial or full payment schedule applies:

Delivery & 14-Day Inspection

The vehicle is shipped and arrives at the buyer's location within 7–10 business days. From the moment of delivery, a 14-day inspection window opens. The buyer has full freedom to examine the vehicle, verify all original documentation, and conduct test drives.

Transaction Closed — Seller Paid

Upon buyer approval, Bachs Transport ApS releases the escrowed funds to the seller via bank transfer, net of the agreed service fee. All registration, title transfer, and plate documents are finalised on the buyer's behalf. The transaction is officially closed and archived in our records.
